H S B Education Trust, HSB House, Rabindra Palli (Near Red Cross), PO & PS – Suri, Dist – Birbhum, West Bengal - 731101 was formed in August 2012 under Indian Trust Registration Act 1882. It is out & out, a non profitable organization led by Mr. Hiralal Bhattachaeyyae, the hon'ble Chairman of the Trust, former Govt. Employer, Businessman and renowned Social Worker . Out of awareness as to his social commitments as a business man to do something about development of backward rural areas and upliftment of downtrodden people through diffusion of knowledge he proposes a noble means of approach to his companions of the Board of Governors for formation of the Trust with an idea to change the socio economic condition of the area of the proposed Institute. He will also be guided and advised from time to time by the eminent Educationists, Personalities and professionals who are as follows.

Besides technical competence, we personally feel that moral values are equally important which need to be imbibed in the future engineers and technocrats to make them better citizens besides honing their technical skills who can work competitively, innovatively and offer engineering services on global fronts.

To find out the goal we will always try to maintain some basic academic philosophy to developed my students as well as the nation-

• To provide competency based education and perfect training, to get ultimate achievement in the industry based technical education, to the students to face global challenges.
• Continual improvement in education system through TQM philosophy.
• Fastening team work, quality circle for improvement of technical education system.
• Encouraging industry-to-institute interaction to make the students fit to the industrial environment in practical orientation and helping the industries to come up with up to date technology.
• Encouraging entrepreneurial attitude among the students to be a job creator rather than a job seeker.
• Provide proper guidance to prepare students in campus interviews.
• Arrangement QIP jointly with NITTR, Kolkata for the staff to make development in their teaching.
